Hello! We love Dana Point, it is our Heaven. We believe Dana Point is a great place to live and we want to share all of it with you.  Our goal is to show why we think this is a great place to live and play.

History
Twelve Years! Yes, the plan was; move to Dana Point in five years and live the good life.  Twelve years later we made it.  Moving here that is, we are still working and enjoying the good life in between.  Honestly, we researched every beach town from Monterey, Morro Bay, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Malibu, Redondo Beach, Sunset Beach, Newport Beach and to finally Dana Point.  Surely each and every beach city has its's very own charm and unique characteristics but Dana Point has it all.



What Makes Dana Point So Great?
The people and their smiles.  This is truly a small town, no matter your location you are bound to see your neighbor or gym buddy. Be ready to see a friendly face all around town.  The atmosphere is very relaxed, no hustle and bustle here.  The house prices are very affordable for a Beach city and there are so many things todo and nice places to eat.
